新疆油田浅层稠油鱼骨型分支水平井技术

摘    要:为进一步降低新疆浅层稠油区块开发的综合投资及开采成本,寻求稠油油藏商业开发的最佳技术途径,2006年新疆油田在百重7井区首次采用鱼骨型分支水平井技术进行了稠油开采的现场试验并取得成功。结合新疆浅层稠油油藏第一口鱼骨型分支水平井——bHW01Z井现场实施情况,从技术关键、井身结构优选、井眼轨道设计、井眼轨迹控制技术、裸眼分支侧钻技术、主井眼重入及钻井液防塌等方面对浅层稠油鱼骨型分支水平井技术进行了详细介绍。bHW01Z井的成功不但证明应用鱼骨型分支水平井开采浅层稠油是可行的, 也为今后该技术在新疆油田浅层油藏的推广应用积累了经验。

Abstract:In order to further reduce comprehensive investment and exploitation cost and to seek the optimum method to commercially develop the heavy oil reservoir, a herringbone multilateral well technique was used successfully to produce heavy oil in Baizhong-7 area of Xinjiang Oilfield in 2006. This paper introduced the technique key points, well structure optimization, wellbore trajectory design, wellbore trajectory control technique, open hole sidetrack technique, main wellbore reentry technique and drilling fluid anti-collapsing technique, etc. combined with the field implementation of the well BHW01Z in Baizhong-7 area, the first herringbone multilateral well in shallow heavy reservoir in Xinjiang Oilfield. The success of well bHW01Z justified that herringbone multilateral well technique is feasible to recover shallow heavy oil reservoir and also provided experiences for extendedly application of this technique in the shallow heavy reservoirs in Xinjiang Oilfield.
