| Abstract: | Aiming at the importance of the cost management in projects, the paper analyzes some main problems in the current cost management in projects, and points out some suggestions for reinforcing the cost management of projects, so as to effectively control the project cost, and to solve some problems such as to force prices down at will, to overestimate cost and to lose control in investment. |
