摘    要:为了解决只是按照电价对用户负荷特性进行分析带来的问题,达到需求侧管理的有序用电,提出了基于聚类法的负荷特性分析方法。以工业企业DSM方案为背景,利用模糊C均值聚类法,对重要企业用户的用电负荷进行聚类。利用基于可能性分布的聚类有效性函数指标作为分类依据,对某公司的负荷特性进行精细挖掘,对聚类结果进行了详细分析。分析结果显示,负荷峰值时段,其在需求响应事件中,可提供气候敏感负荷中断容量和生产负荷中断容量两种类型,并得出了其对应适合的需求响应类型。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems caused by analyzing users'' load characteristics only and to achieve orderly power utility of demand side management, the load characteristic analysis method based on clustering method is proposed. In the view of the background of industrial enterprises DSM scheme, the fuzzy C means clustering method is applied, and the power load of the important enterprise users are clustered. The clustering validity function index based on probability distribution is chosen as the classification basis, and the load characteristics of a certain automobile manufacturing company are analyzed in detail, so does the clustering results. Analysis results show that, during the peak load period, a preliminary estimate of the demand response to events can provide weather sensitive load interruption of production capacity and load interruption capacity, and get the corresponding demand response types which suites to the needs.
