摘    要:分析了多直流馈入受端电网当前面临的频率稳定问题及相关控制系统的技术现状,阐述了协调利用多直流功率紧急支援、联切抽蓄电厂泵工况机组,以及快速切除大规模可中断负荷等措施的频率紧急协调控制系统主要设计思路,并从系统总体架构、直流故障判据及主要控制策略等方面提出了系统的详细建设方案。最后介绍了该研究成果在华东电网的实际工程应用情况及测试运行效果。

Abstract:The frequency stability problems faced by multi-infeed high voltage direct current(HVDC)receiving-end grids and the technical status of related control systems are analyzed. The major design ideas of frequency emergency coordination control system are also elaborated, viz, coordinating and utilizing multi DC power emergency assistance, shedding pump working condition unit and cutting off large-scale interruptible load. Besides, detailed construction schemes of the system are put forward with respect to the overall system framework, the DC fault criterion and the major control strategy. Actual engineering applications and test running effects of this system in the East China power grid are finally described. This work is supported by State Grid Corporation of China.
