基于AMEsim的液压冲击器系统特性仿真

摘    要:为研究液压冲击器的结构参数及系统变量对其性能参数的影响和变化趋势,利用AMESim软件,建立液压冲击器系统的整体模型,将其与Simulink软件进行联合仿真,实现对冲击器换向阀的控制.具体分析了前、后腔活塞杆直径,活塞质量等对液压冲击器冲击性能的影响.仿真结果有助于增加液压冲击器冲击性能.

Abstract:In order to study the influence of structural parameters and system variables of the hydraulic impactor on its performance parameters and its changing trend,the whole model of hydraulic impactor machine system is established by using AMESim software.Simulated with the Simulink software,the control of the impactor reversing valve is achieved.The influence of the front and back cavity diameters of the piston rod,piston quality on the impact performance of hydraulic machine impactor is analyzed in detail.The simulation results are helpful to increase the impact performance of hydraulic impactor.
