氧化锌避雷器用电阻片产生气孔等缺陷原因的调查分析及解决途径

摘    要:综述了几家避雷器用氧化锌电阻片断续产生气孔、炸裂、局部圆周侧面出现裂缝等缺陷的原因调查概况。得出缺陷的原因主要是由于工艺操作等原因引起的。提出避免干燥塔壁长期积存粉料、减小粉料颗粒,以及加强浆料过筛、减小模具间隙、避免非颗粒状粉料进入坯体等,是解决这些缺陷的有效措施。

Abstract:The causal investigation situation on the defects of air hole,explosion,cracks at the local peripheral side produced by oxide zinc varistor for MOA of several companies is summarized.It is obtained that the main reasons of the defects are the process operation,and etc.the effective measures of avoiding the powder long-term accumulated on dry tower wall,decreasing powder grain,strengthening thick liquid pass-sieve,decreasing die clearance,and avoiding non-granular powder into the body and etc,are proposed.
