| Abstract: | The paper discussed design idea,overall structure and functions based on B/S mode of the Tap Water Supply and Charge System in detail.These ideas are according to the characteristics of MIS system,and following the MIS system of general development principles,and we used the object oriented software engineering perspective,and combined with SQL Server backstage database technology as well. |
