| 摘 要： | 提出了武器装备采购时间序列及相关概念，初步构建了采购时间序列理论模型，提出了制定采购时间序列的方法；提出了武器装备“采购假期”的概念，分析了武器装备“采购假期”的形成，界定了武器装备“采购假期”的上下界，以及影响武器装备“采购假期”的若干因素；为确定武器装备采购时间序列、优化采购周期与“采购假期”比例、实现分批次采购提供了理论基础。

| Abstract: | This paper points out that the concept of the time series of equipment acquisition （EATS） makes up the model for EATS, and puts forwards the measure for EATS making. Also, the paper points out that the concept of equipment acquisition holiday（EAH）, analyses the forming and scope of EAH, and the factor influence on the EAH. The paper aims to provide theoretic foundation for confirming EATS, optimizing the ratio between acquisition periods and EAH, acquisition in batches. |
