The Motivation of Rural Laborers Enter Cities' Construction Industry and Their Management

By use of statistical data and positive analysis method, this paper discusses the questions of the quantities of rural labor force are over-surplus and the situation of construction industry's demand for rural labor's in China, moreover, analyzes the motivation of the rural labor entry the construction enterprise, and the effect of the construction industry labor market attracting the rural labor. The rural laborers entry the cities for employment will expand employment amount, decrease the income gap of the homes in cities and in countryside, and create a harmonious society.Chinese government should give the guidance and regular policy to the rural laborers and improve the construction labor system unceasingly, and guarantee the sustainable and healthy development of the Chinese construction industry.
