商务部出台二手挖掘机进口管理新举措

为了进一步加强对二手挖掘机产品的进口管理，维护用户的权益。国家机电产品进出口办公室于2009年1月13日出台了新规定，这意味着今后二手挖掘机的进口将按照《重点旧机电产品进口管理办法》由国家机电办进行统一管理。通知规定包含以下内容。
