| Abstract: | From the building of the section of program operation, the management of construction organization, the cost control, the contract management, training of people and the massage net management it discusses how to do well the operating management of construction pro-rams, points out that the enterprise only continues increasing the level of the operating management of programs, can the costs decrease and the benefits increase and can the competition increase. |
