摘    要:针对旋转机械设备设计了一套便捷式振动信号采集系统,利用三轴加速度计ADXL345采集加速度信号,STM32将采集到的数据经过运算在LCD上显示加速度、速度和位移等参数,并经过FFT运算后在LCD上显示频谱,最后对数据进行存储。在STM32上实现了数值积分和最小二乘法,并且可以通过触摸屏对显示内容进行切换。采用时域积分对加速度信号进行积分运算,并利用最小二乘法消去积分过程中产生的趋势项,得到准确的速度和位移数据。通过实际测试,得到加速度、速度和位移的峰值分别为9.990 m/s^2,19.733 mm/s,40.627μm,与加速度校准仪的输出参数一致,实现了振动信号的实时检测功能,由此验证了设计的正确性,实验结果表明该方案符合预期设计要求。

Abstract:A set of convenient vibration signal acquisition system is designed for rotating machinery. The acceleration signal is collected by the three-axis accelerometer ADXL345. The data collected by STM32 is displayed on the LCD to display the acceleration, velocity and displacement parameters, and the FFT operation is performed. After that, the spectrum is displayed on the LCD, and finally the data is stored. Numerical integration and least squares are implemented on the STM32, and the display content can be switched through the touch screen. The acceleration signal is integrated by time domain integration, and the trend term generated during the integration process is eliminated by the least squares method to obtain accurate velocity and displacement data. Through the actual test, the peak values of acceleration, velocity and displacement are 9.0/5 m/s^2, 19.733 mm/s, 40.627 μm, which are consistent with the output parameters of the accelerometer, realizing the real-time detection function of the vibration signal, thus verifying the design. The correctness of the experiment shows that the scheme meets the expected design requirements.
