摘    要:使用单片机编程实现线阵CCD积分时间可调驱动,其驱动程序的CPU占用率100%,造成单片机资源浪费。为了克服线阵CCD驱动程序的CPU占用率过高造成单片机资源浪费的问题,提出了一种改进的线阵CCD积分时间可调驱动方法。以TCD1209D为例,根据线阵CCD芯片的工作原理,对TCD1209D工作周期中空驱动像元的时序进行简化,采用STM32F103单片机定时中断实现积分时间可调。测试结果表明:在改进的方法下,CCD驱动程序的CPU占用率是可变的,占用率与像元个数近似正比关系,与工作频率以及积分时间近似反比关系。改进的方法能够有效降低CCD驱动程序的CPU占用率,从而克服了单片机资源浪费的问题。

Abstract:Using the MCU programming to realize the linear CCD integral time adjustable drive,the driver′s CPU occupancy rate is 100%,resulting in a waste of MCU resources.This study aims to overcome the problem of waste of MCU resources caused by the high CPU occupancy rate of the linear CCD driver,an improved method of linear CCD integration time adjustable driving is introduced.Based on TCD1209 D as an example,according to the working principle of the linear CCD chip,Simplify the timing of hollow drive pixels in the TCD1209 D duty cycle,and realize adjustable integration time by using STM32 F103 MCU timer interrupt.The test results show that the CPU occupancy rate of the CCD driver is variable under the improved method,and the CPU occupancy rate of the CCD driver is approximately proportional to the number of pixels,and approximately inversely proportional to the frequency and integration time.The improved method can effectively reduce the CPU occupancy rate of the CCD driver,thereby overcoming the problem of waste of MCU resources.
