基于LabVIEW的卧式离心泵故障诊断系统设计

摘    要:针对卧式离心泵工作环境恶劣、常发生故障以及现有诊断系统功能不完善等问题,根据离心泵异常振动的时域特征与频域特征,设计基于LabVIEW平台的卧式离心泵状态监测与故障诊断系统。该系统通过采集模拟电压信号,实现对泵的压力、振动和流量等信号的实时处理与状态监测,基于轴心轨迹、时频分析、小波包-AR谱分析和神经网络的故障诊断方法,对离心泵振动信号进行多样化的数据综合分析,实现对泵转子部件与滚动轴承状态的智能化识别。试验结果表明,系统对离心泵的水力性能和健康状态的诊断与预测的成功率达到96%以上。这对机组运行工况的调整和停机检修维护的决策提供了理论依据,在保证机组安全的同时最大程度地降低了停机时间,减少了机组运行的维护成本。

Abstract:In view of the problems such as the harsh working environment of horizontal centrifugal pumps, frequent failures and the imperfect functions of existing diagnostic systems, this paper designs a state monitoring and fault diagnosis system for horizontal centrifugal pumps based on the time domain characteristics and frequency domain characteristics of abnormal vibration of centrifugal pumps based on LabVIEW platform. The methods of axis trajectory, time-frequency analysis, wavelet packet AR spectrum analysis and neural network are applied to the system. The test of single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump is confirmed that the system can monitor and diagnose the hydraulic performance and health state of centrifugal. The application of the system has a certain practical significance for the safety of the unit. The system can reduce the shutdown time and the operation and maintenance cost.
