| 摘 要： | 本文阐述澜沧江丰富的水能资源及其梯级电站开发现状和前景，通过对云南省市场的分析，电力电量平衡计算，小湾电站工程建设条件分析及财务评价，论述了小湾电站在云南建设上是必要的，技术上是安全可行的，经济上是合理的，建设条件是有利的，建议国家尽快批准开工。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the rich hydroenergy resources of Lancang River and existing conditions and prospect of development of the cascade projects along the river.The analysis of the power market of Yunnan Province and its power and capacity balance computation,construction condition analysis, and financial evaluation of Xiaowan hydropower project,all demonstrate the necessity earlier to construct Xiaowan Project for the electric power development in Yunnan Province.The technology feasibility,the economy rationality,and the favorable conditions for construction are studied as well.Therefore,it is proposed that the state government approve the construction commencement of Xiaowan Project as soon as possible. |
