采用弹簧与液压的刀柄拉紧机构

摘    要:近年来,我国数控机床产品飞速发展,其中有两项关键技术值得注意:一是万能自动镗铣头技术,一是自动换头技术。在换头技术中,刀柄拉紧机构占有不可忽视的地位。文中主要讨论了刀柄拉紧机构中采用碟形弹簧压缩与液压驱动的优劣,通过对两者之间的比较,介绍了这两种机构不同的特点及可适用的场合。

Abstract:Recently,The productions of numerical control had been developed with high speed. Two key technology in them will be worthy of notice, one is technology of universal automatic boring mill technology, another is technology of swap technology. In technology of swap,the mechanism of tool holder tension very important.The article discuss that use saucer spring compression or hydraulic driver in the mechanism of tool holder tension, and compare to the two form, which is best,where they are used. So this is good of the design of machine, priority select the best mechanism,and facillitate the designer to use them.
