晋煤集团成庄矿综放设备的改进研究与应用

摘    要:分析了晋城蓝焰集团股份公司成庄矿综放设备在应用过程存在的问题和不足,对综放设备的设计和配套方案进行了设计改造,重点介绍了液压支架及其配套方案的改进,应用效果表明改进后的综放设备工作效果良好,充分发挥了设备的最大性能,大大提高了采面的单产量,设备间的配套更合理,更适应成庄矿井下地质条件,机电事故率大大降低,达到了项目改进的目的和效果。

Abstract:analyzed the existing problem and shortage during the application of equipments of full-mechanized top caving face in CHENGZHUANG coal mine of JINCHENG anthracite mining group,improved the full-mechanized top caving equipments and its corollary schemes,and introduced the improvement of hydraulic support and its corollary schemes.Application results shown that the improved equipments worked well,gave full play to the maximum performance of the equipments,greatly raised the single rate of the work face,optimized the mating between the equipments,more fit the geographical conditions of CHENGZHUANG coal mine,decreased the electromechanical accident rate and reached the improvement goal and effect.
