| 摘 要： | 用挤压铸造(Squeeze casting)法制造了晶须体积含量为20%的碳化硅晶须增强6061铝合金(SiCw/6061A1)复合材料,分析了SiCw/6061A1复合材料的塑性变形特点,提出了SiCw/6061A1复合材料切削过程材料去除机制和切削表面残余应力形成机理。

| Abstract: | The SiCw/6061Al composite (Vf=20%) was fabricated by squeeze casting method. The plastic deformation behaviour of the SiCw/6061Al composite was analyzed. The cutting processes and residual stress forming mechanism of the SiCw/6061Al composite was studied. |
