| 摘 要： | 针对卷烟机械设备的智能化改造,为提升设备的生产效率和可靠性,采用基于IO-Link的新型条型光栅传感器实现对烟丝堆料槽的监控。对比现有的光栅监测传感器,结果表明,新型条型光栅传感器更加安全可靠,调试更加简单。使用后堆料槽烟丝高度波动更加稳定,报堵塞停机次数更少,整机运行效率更高。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the production efficiency and reliability of cigarette machinery and equipment,a new type of grating sen?sor Based on IO Link is used to monitor the tobacco stacker.Compared with the existing grating monitoring sensor,the results show that the new strip grating sensor is more safe and reliable,the debugging is more simple.The height fluctuation of the tobacco in the stacker is more stable after use,the number of reported blocking shutdown is less,and the operation efficiency of the whole machine is higher. |
