摘    要:采用粉末冶金的方法,制备了两种成分的AgCuTi活性钎料。用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等研究了合金片材的组织形貌与结构。探讨了在不同的轧制变形量下,两种合金的变形量与组织结构、硬度、密度、电导率等物理、力学、电学性能的关系,分析了轧制撕裂断口的形貌和类型。结果表明,Ag-27.5Cu-2.5Ti和Ag-28Cu-4Ti两种成分活性钎料的组织结构、性能、断裂机理不一样,Ag-28Cu-4Ti的铜钛相分布较多、硬度较高、密度较低、电导率较小,同时塑性较差,轧制撕裂过程脆性断裂占主要部分;Ag-27.5Cu-2.5Ti塑性较好,轧制撕裂过程塑性断裂占主要部分。

Abstract:AgCuTi active solders with two components were prepared by powder metallurgy. The microstructure and structure of AgCuTi alloy sheet were studied by means of metallographic microscope, SEM, EDS and XRD. The relationship between the deformation of the two alloys and the physical, mechanical and electrical properties such as microstructure, hardness, density and conductivity under different rolling deformation were discussed. The morphology and types of rolling tear fracture are analyzed. The results show that the microstructure, properties and fracture mechanism of Ag-27.5Cu-2.5Ti and Ag-28Cu-4Ti active solders are different. Ag-28Cu-4Ti has more Cu-Ti phase distribution, higher hardness, lower density, lower conductivity and poor plasticity, brittle tearing accounts for the main part in the rolling tearing process; Ag-27.5Cu-2.5Ti has better plasticity, and rolling tear plastic tear is the main part.
