摘    要:针对当前水资源短缺的重大问题和现有研究的薄弱环节,从异质性资源禀赋的角度揭示了1990—2015年中国京津冀、中部地区、西部地区9省(市、区)水资源代谢效率时空演变规律和驱动因素。结果表明:时间尺度上1990—1995年水资源代谢效率变化不大,自2000年以后总体呈明显提高的趋势;从空间分布看,在早期阶段,水资源代谢效率较低,空间分布区域差异不明显,2005年以后,京津冀和中部地区明显高于西部地区;综合京津冀、中部地区、西部地区来看,废弃虚拟水回用率、单位用水社会消费品零售额、森林覆盖率以及淡水回用率是影响区域水资源代谢效率的主要驱动因素。

Abstract:Considering the problems of current water shortages and the weakness in the existing research, this study scientifically revealed the spatiotemporal varieties of water resources metabolism efficiency and driving factors in nine provinces (cities) in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, central and western regions of China from 1990 to 2015 in the perspective of heterogeneous resource endowments. The main results show that the water resources metabolism efficiency changed little from 1990 to 1995, and the overall trend has been obviously improved since 2000 from the time scale. From the perspective of spatial distribution, in the early stages, water resources metabolism efficiency was low with unobvious regional differences. Since 2005, more obvious regional differences occurred in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region than in other regions. Waste virtual recycling use ratio, total retail sales of consumer goods of unit water use, forest coverage and fresh water recovery rate are the main driving factors of regional water resources metabolism efficiency.
