摘    要:针对复杂电磁环境难以评定,尤其是电磁环境与电子信息系统相互影响、紧密耦合情况下复杂电磁环境难以度量的问题,提出了一种从复杂电磁环境复杂度、威胁度两个层面对复杂电磁环境进行度量评估的方法。在构建复杂电磁环境“四域”(时、空、频、能域)评价指标基础上,建立了基于“四域”特征占有度指标的电磁环境复杂度评估以及基于“四域”特征相关性指标的电磁环境威胁度评估方法,并给出了相应的仿真评估算例。仿真结果表明了评估方法的可行性,可为复杂电磁环境评估和模拟等相关问题提供方法和依据。

Abstract:It is difficult to evaluate the complexity of complex electromagnetic environment,especially when the electromagnetic environment and electronic information systems are tightly coupled.To address this issue,the complex electromagnetic environment is studied from two aspects of complexity degree and threat degree.Based on the construction of evaluation index of four-domain(time,space,spectrum,energy domain) feature,the complexity and threat evaluation of electromagnetic environment based on four domains characteristic occupancy index and four domains characteristic correlation index are established,and the corresponding simulation evaluation examples are given.The simulation results show that the evaluation method is feasible and can provide the method and basis for complex electromagnetic environment evaluation and simulation.
