摘    要:随着5G商用网络的快速建设,国内5G网络测试设备存在大量空缺.为此,设计了一种适用于5G终端模拟器的3.5 GHz频段双通道射频前端.该射频前端结合了ADRV9009芯片,可同时支持双通道收发,具有器件数少、设计复杂度低的特点.实测结果表明,该射频前端性能稳定,接收灵敏度为-85 dBm,噪声系数小于2.6 dB,25...

Abstract:With the rapid construction of 5G commercial network,there is a lot of vacancy in domestic 5G network test equipment.A 3.5 GHz dual-channel radio frequency(RF) front-end for 5G terminal simulator is designed.This RF front-end with ADRV9009 chip supports dual-channel RF transceiver at the same time,and it is featured by fewer devices and lower design complexity.The experimental results show that the RF front-end has stable performance,the receiving sensitivity is -85 dBm and noise figure is less than 2.6 dB,error vector magnitude of the transmitted signal at 256QAM modulation is 1.43%,which has achieved the design requirements of 5G terminal simulator.
