摘    要:针对测量船在某型号任务中雷达测量数据在修正动态滞后误差后定轨结果变差的问题,阐述了动态滞后误差产生的原因及误差特性,分析了全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)数据标定定向灵敏度、轴系参数等对定轨结果的影响,梳理了历次任务数据处理情况,通过对测量数据与GPS数据的系统误差、随机误差比对残差分析,逐项排查问题,定位了雷达测量数据在修正动态滞后误差后定轨结果一致性变差的原因,为后续任务动态滞后误差修正提供了依据。

Abstract:For the problem that the orbit determination result becomes worse after correction of dynamic lag error of the measurment data on ship-borne radar in a task by space tracking,telemetry and control(TT&C) ship,this paper elaborates the reason of dynamic lag error and error characteristic,analyzes the influence of Global Positioning System(GPS) data calibration directional sensitivity and axes-systematic parameter etc. on the orbit determination result.By analyzing the data processing situation of all previous tasks,comparing residual error with random error and systematic error for the measured data and GPS data,and checking problem term by term,it locates the reason that the consistency of the orbit determination result becomes worse after correction of dynamic lag error for measurement data on radar,which provides evidence for follow-up task error correction of dynamic lag error.
