预精焊机组管端焊缝拍片的改进与应用

摘    要:针对原管端焊缝拍片工艺流程不能满足预精焊机组生产节拍的问题,给出了解决问题的方案,并对设备改进前、后使用情况进行了分析和对比.结果表明,改进后的钢管管端焊缝拍片设备满足了预精焊机组的生产节拍,提高了机组生产作业率,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,减少了X射线对操作人员的伤害,达到了预期的效果.

Abstract:In order to the former pipe end radiographic inspection process flow did not meet the requirements of two-step welding unit,this article gave solution approach.After analysis and comparison of application before and after improving,the results showed that the improved pipe end radiographic inspection equipment can satisfy production requirements of two-step welding unit,increase production efficiency,reduce labor force,lower X-ray harmful effect to operator,and it achieve the expected effect.
