某钨矿石的选矿试验研究

摘    要:对某钨矿石采用三级手选、三级跳汰-分级摇床粗选、粗精矿浮选脱硫、磁选回收黑钨矿的选矿工艺流程试验,可获得钨精矿WO3品位66.49%、回收率60.22%,次精矿WO3品位16.98%、回收率20.61%的指标。

Abstract:This paper studies the processing flowsheet of a tungsten ore by hand-selection,triple elimination-grading shaker roughing,rough concentrate flotation desulfurization,magnetic recovery.WO3 concentrate grade reaches 66.49 % with recovery 60.22 %.In addition,WO3 sub-concentrate grade reaches 16.98 % and the recovery is 20.61 %.
