摘    要:介绍了荷叶茶饮料智能化生产线流程、主要设备配置以及工艺技术参数。实践表明,按此智能化生产线和工艺流程加工的荷叶茶饮料,其感官品质和各项理化、卫生指标良好,符合现代茶饮料标准。

Abstract:The process flow,major equipment and technological parameters of the intelligent production line for a lotus leaf tea drink were described.Processing practice showed that the lotus leaf tea drink made with the intelligent production line and process flow conformed to modern tea drink standards in sensory quality,and physicochemical and sanitary indexes.
