基于流固耦合的换热管束振动分析

摘    要:阐述了换热器管束振动的机理、破坏形式以及换热管共振特性的研究方法。突破传统研究方法的局限性,运用有限元分析软件,采用流固耦合的方法对换热管共振特性进行了研究。结合某油田项目中一台管壳式换热器,对单根换热管共振特性、换热管束共振特性影响因素以及动态响应特性进行了全面研究,得出了调整换热管束共振频率、避免共振的有效方法,结论具备一定的工程应用参考价值。
