我国典型果蔬汁产品生命周期碳足迹探析

摘    要:随着消费观念的改变,越来越多的人选择更健康的果蔬汁饮料产品。近年来,我国果蔬汁饮料产量及出口量逐年增多,已成为国际果蔬汁饮料的生产及出口大国。采用生命周期评价方法,研究了我国典型果蔬汁饮料产品从果蔬种植直至进入销售阶段的碳足迹。结果表明,我国单位产品胡萝卜原浆产品的碳足迹为1.31kgCO_2-eq/kg。其中,排放的主要生命周期过程为胡萝卜种植阶段,占排放总量的80.9%。

Abstract:As the people's consumption concepts are changing,more and more consumers have tended to buy healthier fruit/vegetable juice products.In recent years,China has come to be the world's leading fruit/vegetable juice producer and exporter with the annually-increasing fruit/vegetable juice yields and exports.Adopting life cycle assessment,carbon footprints were studied for China's typical fruit/vegetable juice products ever from fruit/vegetable cultivation to marketing.It was found that the carbon footprint of each unit carrot pulp was about 1.31 kg CO2-eq/kg,and that cultivation was the major life cycle process where emission took place,accounting for 80.9% of the total emission.
