高压容器筒体与封头连接处有限元分析及优化

摘    要:为了求解高压容器筒体与封头连接处的应力,利用有限元ANSYS建立了有限元模型,通过模型的加载求解,得到该结构的应力分布图,结果显示连接处存在明显的应力集中现象。连接处的应力大小与其尺寸有一定关系,建立了优化数学模型,利用ANSYS的优化模块OPT进行了优化设计,得到了使应力集中系数最小的最优结构尺寸,按分析设计标准进行强度分析,结果表明结构满足强度要求。

Abstract:For seeking the stress of the joint structure at cylinder and head of high pressure vessel,the finite element model was built up.Through exerting load and computing,the picture of stress distribution was obtained.The result showed there existed obvious stress concentration phenomenon here.The stress has relationship with its dimension size at the conjunction.The optimal mathematic model was established and OPT optimization module was used to design,optimal structure size was got which could make the factor ...
