超声处理温度区间对镁合金凝固组织的影响

摘    要:研究了超声处理温度区间对AZ91D和AZ31B镁合金凝固组织的影响, 探讨了功率超声细化镁合金凝固组织的机理。试验结果表明, 镁熔体经超声处理后, 凝固组织均有显著细化, 其中超声连续处理对镁合金的细化效果最好。

Abstract:The effect of temperature range for ultrasonic treatment on solidification structure of AZ91D and AZ31B magnesium alloy was investigated and the mechanism of refining solidification structure of magnesium alloy by power ultrasonic treatment was discussed. The experimental results showed that the solidification structure of magnesium melt were all refined remarkably after ultrasonic treatment and the finest refining effect on magnesium alloy was obtained by continuous ultrasonic treatment.
