摘    要:针对CFB锅炉运行过程中床压降对炉内脱硫的影响问题,在1台135MW机组CFB锅炉上进行了现场测试,研究了该锅炉在不同负荷、不同床压的运行工况下排烟中SO2的浓度变化。运行实践表明,排烟SO2浓度并不随负荷升高呈现单调变化规律,这主要是由于床温对脱硫反应的非单调影响所导致。而床压降升高时,排烟SO2浓度基本呈现下降趋势。这是由于床压降升高时,炉膛下部颗粒浓度增大,有利于脱硫反应的进行,因此排烟SO2浓度下降。

Abstract:Aiming at effect of the bed pressure on SO2 emission of CFB boiler, field tests were carried on a 135MWe CFB boiler. SO2 concentration in flue gas under different load and pressure drop was measured. Results indicate that SO2 concentration in flue gas doesn' t present monotonic tendency as the boiler load changes because of the non - monotonic effect of bed temperature on desulfurization reaction. SO2 concentration in flue gas basically decreases as the bed pressure increases. When the bed pressure increases,the particle concentration in the lower furnace increases,which is beneficial to desulfurization reaction, so SO2 concentration in flue gas decreases.
