| 摘 要： | 从装备效能保障切入,通过对装备使用效能的逻辑分析,揭示了在效能保障过程中系统可用性对用户和研制者双方的重要性。然后针对领域装备,将系统可用性划分为3个层次,即操作层、任务层和资源层,对其进行了研究,解释了各层的具体内容,并着重指出了资源层可用性的系统意义和重要性。
