马钢2500m3高炉提高煤比生产实践

摘    要:马钢2#(2500m3)高炉在保持稳定顺行的基础上,为了降低炼铁成本,生产中实施降低焦比提高煤比攻关。通过分析原燃料质量对高炉生产的影响、摸索高炉操作炉型的变化和长期生产实践表明:抓好精料工作是搞好高炉顺行,降低焦比提高煤比的有效途径;上下部调剂相结合,优化炉内操作高炉顺行为基础;提高风温和富氧喷煤相结合是提高煤比的保障。2012年10月份起高炉煤比达到并稳定在160kg/t,其他各项经济指标也得到明显改善。

Abstract:On the base to keep the steady operation, some work is done in 2# blast furnace (2 500 m3 ) of Ma Steel to make breakthroughs in reducing coke ratio and increasing coal ratio to reduce iron - making cost. In analyzing the influence of quality of raw and fuel materials on blast furnace production, trying to find out the change of operation profile and from the long - time production practice, it is showed that doing hard work in concentrate is a effective way to guarantee blast furnace's steady operation and reduce coke ratio and increase coal ratio; combining upper and lower part regulations to optimize the operation in the furnace; to combine increasing blast temperature with rich - oxygen coal injection is a guarantee for higher coal ratio. The coal ra- tio reached to and kept at 160 kg/t from October of 2012, all other economic indexes got also obvious im- proved.
