新型渐开线少齿差行星齿轮减速器的设计

摘    要:NN型双偏心曲轴少齿差行星齿轮传动减速器,是一种新型的用双偏心曲轴代替单偏心套的渐开线少齿差行星减速器结构。笔者采用封闭图法选取了该减速器的内啮合齿轮副的变位系数,运用ANSYS Workbench软件对新型减速器三维模型进行模态分析,完成了NN型减速器的结构设计。由分析可知,系统固有频率远大于输入频率时不会产生共振。

Abstract:NN typed double-eccentric crank shaft planetary reducer with few teeth difference is a kind of involute planetary reducer with few teeth difference which replacing the single-eccentric sleeve with double-eccentric crank shaft.The closed graph method was used to determine the modification coefficient of the internally-engaged gear pair in the new-type reducer,so as to achieve the design of the reducer.ANSYS Workbench was used to carry out the modal analysis of the 3D model of the new-type reducer,and it was concluded that the natural frequency of the system was much higher than the input frequency so as not to bring about resonance.
