摘    要:根据5-5 mm 、14 mm 和15 mm 3 种规格的55CrSi 热轧线材经酸洗、磷化、烘干后直接拉拔的实测抗拉强度数据,经过数据处理,推导出55CrSi 热轧线材冷拔抗拉强度计算公式为:σb = σb0 + 55 + 4-76 Q+ 100- Q2eQ- 715 ,此时最大相对误差为5-7% ;当Q≤70 % 时,上述公式可简化为σb = σb0 + 55 + 4-76 Q,此时最大相对误差为3-7% 。

Abstract:According to the tensile strength data of three specifications 5 5?mm,14?mm and 15?mm 55CrSi hot rolled wire rod measured after being drawn directly through pickling,phosphorizing and drying,the calculation formula σ b= σ b0 +55+ 4 76 Q+ 100-Q2 e Q-715 for tensile strength of 55CrSi hot rolled wire rod after being cold drawn is deduced through a large amount of complex data treatment,and the maximum relative error at this time is 5 7% When Q ≤70%,above mentioned formula can be simplified into σ b= σ b0 +55+4 76 Q ,and the maximum relative error at this time is 3 7%。
