摘    要:在一定工艺参数下,采用双枪直流氢电弧等离子体的方法制备了产率较高的Cu-Ni复合纳米粉体,分析结果表明:该纳米复合粉体为两种金属单质的混合,且混合均匀、洁净度高,分散性好,其平均粒径为53.68 nm,具有较好的市场应用前景.

Abstract:High yield nanometer-scale copper and nickel compound powder had been obtained by Two-Electrode DC Arc Plasma evaporation with given parameters. The experimental results show that this compound powder is a kind of uniform mixture of simple substance copper and nickel. And the compound powder had merits of high purity and outstanding dispersed property. Its average grain diameter was 53.68 nm. This compound powder has an excellent application prospect.
