香精乳化粉(L106型)的研制和应用

摘    要:香精乳化粉(L106型)是一种复配型的产品,由乳化剂,增稠剂,稳定剂,悬浮剂等经科学复配而成。可取代纯胶粉用于乳化香精作水包油乳浊液的乳化稳定剂。产品有较好的抗酸碱盐性,在不同的pH值范围内部能呈现很好的乳化稳定性。使乳化香精的乳化剂有了可选择性,在用量和价格上更具有竞争力,在乳化香精的乳化剂方面是一个突破。

Abstract:Flavour emulsied Powder (type L106 ) is a mixed product. This product is made of emulsifiers thickeners, stabilizers and suspesifiers which go through scientific mixed. This product can replace purity gum Powder applied emulsion flavour worked as emulsion stabilizers of emulsion of water wrapping oil. Products have a good resistibility acidity alkalinity saltity, present good emulsion stablebility within the limits distinct PH value. Had selectivity in emulsifiers of emulsion flavour, products have even more compete Power in capacity for use and price, on the part of the emulsifiers of emulsion flavour is a breakthrough.
