摘    要:FeAl基合金的焊接问题是其实用化所要面临的问题之一。依据国内外近年来对FeAl基合金的焊接性能研究结果,综述了FeAl基合金焊接中存在的冷裂纹、热裂纹及接头区组织性能不理想等问题及其原因。由于该合金的焊接性较差,尽管目前针对这些问题所采取的措施是有效的,但焊接工艺条件苛刻,实施难度大,实用性有限。因此进一步开展该合金焊接冶金性能方面的研究,加深理论上的认识,探索新的解决办法是很有必要的。

Abstract:Welding is one of problems occurring in the use of Fe3Al-based alloys. Based on current researches home and abroad, some welding problems including hot cracks, cool cracks and unqualified structure properties in joints as well as the causes were summarized. Although some effective methods have been taken, the poor weldability limits its application. As a result, it is rather necessary to launch research on its welding metallurgical property, deeping understanding on theory and exploring new solutions.
