摘    要:针对磁强仪的量值溯源体系尚不完备,大量设备得不到有效溯源,导致测量的准确度无法保障的问题,分析了现有磁测设备检定校准规范及溯源体系的局限性,提出了一种新型磁强仪校准方法。结合磁强仪校准的技术要求和触摸屏控制技术,开发了包括可调恒流电源、复合磁场线圈、人机控制系统等在内的基于STM32单片机的智能校准装置。利用加莱特圆环线圈的均匀磁场特性,保证校准装置的可靠性。通过对电源、标准磁场、校准装置的重复性试验,对该方法进行了结果验证。试验结果表明,该方法具有高度的稳定性、线性度,且使操作流程简便,能满足磁强仪的校准与测试需求。该系统的开发为完善我国磁测设备溯源体系提供了技术支持。

Abstract:Owing to imperfect of the current traceability system for magnetometers,lots of instruments cannot trace effectively,and the accuracy of measurements cannot be guaranteed.The limitations of the current calibration regulations and traceability system are analyzed,and a calibration method for magnetometers is suggested.By using touch screen controlling technology,an intellective calibration device for magnetometer based on STM32 microcontroller is developed according to technical requirements including adjustable constant current source,hybrid magnetic field coils and human-machine control system,etc.To make the device reliable and stable,the Garrett coils with uniform magnetic field are used.This method is verified by repeatability experiments for the electrical source,reference magnetic field and calibration device.It is demonstrated in experiments that the method satisfies the magnetometer’s calibration and testing requirements with high degree of stability and linearity,and simple operation process.The research provides technical supports to improve the national traceability system for magnetic measuring devices.
