摘    要:采用高压静电纺丝技术,以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)/异丙醇为混合溶剂,制备了聚乙烯-乙烯醇(EVOH)/碳纳米管(CNTS)无纺布膜.通过扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射对其微观形貌及结晶行为进行了表征.结果表明,聚乙烯-乙烯醇/碳纳米管无纺布膜纤维的直径主要分布在80~200nm之间,纤维较细且分布较窄;电纺工艺以及碳纳米管的掺入均没有破坏聚乙烯-乙烯醇的结晶性.

Abstract:Poly(ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol)/carbon nano-tubes(EVOH/CNTS) non-woven membranes are prepared by electrospinning technology with the solvent of N,N-dimethyl acetamide and isopropanel.The morphology of electrospun EVOH/CNTS membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the crystallinity of electrospun EVOH/CNTS membranes were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Results show that the fiber diameter in EVOH/CNTS nonwoven membranes varied between 80-200nm and the fiber diameter distribution was narrow.In addition,the crystallinity of EVOH/CNTS non-woven membranes is developed in case of casting membranes.
