基于关联图和层次分析法的业务过程分析

通过分析面向中小企业的业务过程管理技术的特点,提出了基于关联图和层次分析法的业务过程分析技术.采用关联图表达业务过程的问题/失效模式及其原因之间的复杂关系,然后将关联图转换为递阶层次结构,并利用层次分析法定量计算各根本原因对问题的影响程度.通过对某企业制造过程管理的案例研究,证明了提出的技术满足中小企业对业务过程管理技术的要求.研究开发了一套简单易用的支撑软件系统,进一步降低了该方法对实施人员的专业知识要求,提高了方法的实用性.

Business process analysis based on association graph and analytic hierarchy process

By analyzing the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the requirements of the business process management techniques for SMEs, a business process analysis technique (evolved) from association graph (AG) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was proposed. The AG was used to represent the complicated relationship between the problems/failures mode in business process and their causes, then the AG was converted into a hierarchical structure, and was finally used to quantitatively calculate the effects of the root causes on the problems. A manufacturing process management case study proved that the proposed analysis technique satisfied the requirements of SMEs business process management techniques. A software package to support the proposed technique was developed to further reduce the professional knowledge demand of users and enhance the operability of the technique in SMEs.
