| Abstract: | With the application of kuratowskii's measures of noncompactness and M.A Krasnoselskii's theorem on fixed point of mappings, the theorem of solution to Cauchy's problem in ordinany differential equations for discontinuous right hand in Banach Spaces is presented. The main result in paper 1] as a special case is further developed. |
