红外遥控技术在小车送丝系统中的应用

摘    要:为了避免在空中对故障供丝小车进行手动操作和维修,利用红外遥控技术对供丝小车进行了遥控改造。介绍了红外遥控的工作原理和特点,以及对供丝小车进行遥控控制的电路设计。增加红外遥控操作功能后,利用手持红外遥控器维修人员在地面上就可以对故障小车进行遥控操作,减轻了维修工作量,提高了设备有效作业率,增加了操作的安全性。

Abstract:In order to avoid manually operating and maintaining failure cut tobacco feeding dolly overhead, the dollies were equipped with remote infrared control. The working principle and characteristics of remote infrared control and the design of control circuits were introduced. After improving, the failure dolly could be operated remotely from the ground, hence reduced the maintenance work and increased running efficiency and safety.
