摘    要:以某企业生产氯化氢气体为例,计算出合成炉需要的换热面积;根据生产经验值,确定了合成炉重要的工艺结构尺寸.经生产检验设计合理,操作稳定,产品氯化氢气体质量满足企业要求,合成炉无腐蚀现象发生.

Abstract:The heat exchanger area of synthesizer was calculated for producing hydrogen chlorine of some corporate.The vital process structure size was confirmed on the basis of experience value in production.The practice production has proved that the design was reasonable,the operation was stable,the quality of hydrogen chlorine was approved corporate demand and pHenomenon of corrosion was not generated on synthesizer.
