| 摘 要： | 通过构建商品房价格与商品房施工面积、竣工面积、销售面积的回归模型,对重庆市商品房市场的供求指标与房价的关系进行了分析。结果表明重庆商品房价格与商品房施工面积、竣工面积、销售面积存在着稳定均衡的关系,商品房价格影响商品房的施工面积、竣工面积和销售面积;商品房施工面积、竣工面积和销售面积长期存在均衡的关系,短期内供不应求,影响商品房的价格。
