| 摘 要： | 针对当前高校在基建维修工程管理中存在的问题，结合自身工作实践，从立项确定施工重点，议标确定施工队伍，严格合同及现场管理三方面论述了提高基建维修工程效益的具体办法，以期逐步提高高校维修改造工程的管理水平。

| Abstract: | Aiming at problems that exists present in management of basic construction in university and combining working practice, the paper states specific methods of improving benefits for basic construction from three aspects: listing the focal points of construction, discussing the tender to assure constructional team, enforcing contracts and management in place. It aims to improve management level of maintenance and reconstruction projects in university gradually. |
