| 摘 要： | 针对灾害荷载下复杂、大型的大坝风险管理决策支持系统,设计了系统的总体结构框架,提出了计算大坝危险性、易损性模型,并采用多属性效用理论对决策分析模型进行设计,系统界面采用Matlab与VC技术集成.

| Abstract: | The dam risk management decision support system under disaster load is a complex,large-scale system and it requires a lot of professional with various backgrounds to participate in.In this paper,a system's overall structure was designed to analyze the danger and vulnerability of the dam.A multi-attribute utility theory was used to design the decision-making model in the early stage.Interface system uses Matlab and VC for technologic integration. |
