摘    要:针对单个霍尔器件冲击功测量系统存在的问题,提出以敏感中心距离固定的成对集成线性霍尔器件代替原系统单个霍尔器件的设计方案。该方案可避免原系统调节和测量距离ΔX的麻烦,简化机械和电气结构,提高测量可靠性。霍尔电压的放大滤波、温度补偿等信号调理环节由集成霍尔器件解决,门限电压由原系统的2个减少为1个,免去增量放大环节。测量结果认为,成对霍尔器件非接触方法测得的末速度值分布集中程度高而稳定,与理论计算值有一定偏差。

Improvement of non-contact measuring system of jet hydraulic hammer blow energy
Abstract:Although the present non-contact measuring system based on a single Hall element is better than the previous system based on contact measuring method for the measurement of the blow energy of jet hydraulic hammers,its complex mechanical structure is disadvantageous to higher precision and reliability.In order to solve the problems,a new system in which a pair of integrated linear Hall elements with the same structure and performance parameters instead of a single one is applied has been designed.And in the new system the distance between the two Hall elements' sensing center is constant anytime once they are installed.The new design makes the mechanical and electrical subsystem of the measuring system of the blow energy of jet hydraulic hammers simpler.It has been proved that such a new system based on a pair of integrated linear Hall elements is more precise,reliable and convenient.
