节能环保的973A染色蒸箱

摘    要:MH703和MH903蒸箱底部隐蔽处有大量的冷凝染液废水排放,影响环保,浪费染化料。新型973A蒸箱可以使染料充分预溶解、吸附、扩散,因此从蒸箱底部排放的废液基本上是清水,可获得环保、节能和低耗效果。973A蒸箱还可以进行浅色涤棉织物的分散/活性、分散/直接一浴法轧蒸工艺,缩短了工序,增加了汽蒸轧染工艺的品种适应性。973A蒸箱的专利技术,合理地解决了湿蒸法所需高带液量的机械问题和中间干燥引起的染料泳移问题。

Abstract:Owing to existed disadvantages of MH703 and MH903 steamer, the 973A steamer was designed and manufactured on the basis of chemical and dyeing principles. The 973A steamer features environmental protection and low energy consumption. The 973A steamer can also be applied to one bath steaming and pad dyeing with disperse/reactive or disperse/direct dyes for light polyester cotton fabric. The patented 973A steamer can be widely used to wet steaming process, which solves the problems of dyes migration occurred in medium drying.
